SEA SHORE(NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE)

Sea Shore (Negative to Positive) [ S.S. (N – P)]

Step-I BI : BO.
Sit down with your eyes closed and prepare yourself for deep Meditation by focussing on your breath. Just watch your breath coming in and watch your breath going out. Be aware that you are involved in the process of breathing. (http://breathingtechnigues.blogspol.com )

Step - II SS.
Imagine that you are strolling at a sea shore and are experiencing the cool sand at the soles of yor feel. Now you sit down on the sand facing the sea and watch the sea waves roaring and moving towards you. As the waves move towards you, your whole body is filled with refreshment. And, then the waves leave you and go back and this process of sea waves coming and going continues.

Step-III S.S. ( N - P )
In this step, you will imagine that as the sea waves come towards you, they fill you up with ONE POSITIVE QUALITY and as the sea waves go far from you back to the sea, they take the OPPOSITE NEGATIVE trait from you. This can be done by affirming in the following manner :
“As the Sea Waves come towards me, my whole being is getting filled with COURAGE and as the sea waves move far from me, my FEARS are vanishing.”

Similarly, we can Soak our being with the following POSITIVE TRAITS and get rid of their opposite NEGATIVE TRAITS :
